Nike Take the LeBron Soldier 11 on Safari
In 1987, amidst the hysteria of the Air Max 1, Tinker Hatfield unveiled a little shoe known as the Air Safari and introduced wild, animal-inspired print into the Swoosh arsenal. While Michael Jordan would go on to make Elephant print a staple in the NBA, Tinker's speckled Safari print never saw quite the same level of exposure on court — an oversight Nike look to rectify with the latest make-up of the LeBron Soldier 11 SFG.
King James' newest quad-strapped kicks have landed in a colourway of black, white and 'Team Orange,' with mudguards jam-packed with Safari speckle. Add gum soles to finish and you've got yourself a shoe worthy of challenging even the mighty 'Black Cement' Air Jordan 3 for the title of king of the jungle.
The Nike LeBron Soldier 11 SFG in 'Black/White-Atmoshphere Grey-Team Orange' is available right now through select Nike stockists.
