are taking the scenic route with their upcoming ‘Verdugo Mountain’ – a nature-inspired nod to the rugged trails and radio towers of Southern California’s San Gabriel Valley. Expected to arrive over the coming months, this skate-ready silhouette wraps up heritage, performance, and local flavour in one trail-hugging package.

The upper is dressed in ‘Pistachio Frost’ green suede and canvas, evoking the dusty greenery of Verdugo’s switchbacks. A crisp ‘Wolf Grey’ leather Swoosh, trimmed in black, slashes across both panels, while the heel tab is decked out in black suede with an orange Nike logo hit – think burnt sunsets over Griffith Park.

Functional flair meets subtle storytelling: padded tongue tags feature an outline of the Verdugo Mountains on one side, and a mountain bike graphic on the other. The insoles take it further with a cheeky cartoon illustration of a rider cruising past hilltop radio towers – an insider wink to LA’s local scene. Underfoot, gum midsoles pair with black outsoles for all-day grip whether you're on the board or hoofing it up a fire trail.

Elsewhere, Aussie ripper secured her own signature Dunk, while Nike SB also linked up with and for fresh collaborations that kept the wheels rolling.

Priced at $125, the Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Verdugo Mountain’ will drop between July and September 2025 at select skate shops, Nike SNKRS, and Nike.com.
