Nike Officially Reveal the Air Jordan XXX2
After a couple of teasers, Nike have officially announced the arrival of the Air Jordan XXXII. A scion of (perhaps) the most influential sneaker line ever, the 32nd Jumpman model looks to merge the history that gives Jordan heads a warm fuzzy feeling with the newest toys in Nike’s arsenal.
Referencing design language from the Air Jordan 2, the new baller packs in modern lingo like ‘high-tenacity yarn’ and ‘Flight Plates’; the former makes for a stronger Flyknit build, while the Flight Plate seems to afford propulsion benefits – similar to the carbon fibre wedge on the VaporFly Elite. A host of accompanying tech has been employed for this drop, with Jordan Brand packing in every feasible doodad they could to increase performance and comfort.
Three colourways have been announced. The red ‘Rosso Corsa’ arrives on September 23, with Mid and Low versions of the ‘Bred’ to follow on October 18 (just like leak suggested).
