Nike Mayfly Woven Women's Pastel Pack
Nike's Mayfly famously drew inspiration from the tiny insect of its namesake, which only has about a day on this planet to buzz around and get its business done. The shoe was intended to mirror the fly’s transient nature by only lasting for 100kms of wear, but then short lifespans tend to allow for faster evolution. And that’s exactly what the Mayfly did – evolve into this longer-lasting Woven iteration.
Here the weave-bearing Mayfly has appeared in a quartet of pastel hues. The diluted tones of ‘Barely Orange’, ‘Barely Grape’, ‘Light Liquid Lime’ and ‘Fibreglass’ abound over the shoes. The result is effortlessly palettable, so don’t be surprised if these start popping up everywhere in the coming months.
