Inspired by the ocean and aquatic plant life, the upper is encapsulated with grey suede to help balance out the neon green hits on the midsole, outsole, Swoosh, heel, tongue, and lacing system. Elsewhere, the inner Swoosh and heel sport a pattern of lines for added texture. Presumably just like its predecessor, 'Algae' could come with a Zoom Turbo-equipped forefoot, TPU midfoot, and Cushion 2.0 foam carrier. Rounding off the design are the lace dubrae and eyelets that come in a metal finish.
