Comic books can have a broad appeal from young to old, so it may upset some grown-ups to learn that the GS ‘Comic Book’ is exclusively for juniors. The black and white colourway has an ink-on-paper vibe – while various effects on the Swoosh, Hyperposite and midsole echo different artistic techniques that any illustrator might use. The logos on the heel counter and tongue take a hand drawn motif, in keeping with the theme, while the insole sports large illustrative branding.
