There are only a select few who get to have their own signature sneaker with Nike, and only a handful have over 10 with the Swoosh. Kevin Durant is in rarified company with only the likes of LeBron James and Mike himself and we get a first look at his 17th signature sneaker, the Nike KD 17.

The upper is made up of a mesh base with TPU sidewalls that look to the Air Max Plus and Air Flight Vroomlicious as inspiration. The midcut sneaker places KD’s logo on the tongue with his name in script down the heel with your Swoosh placed on the medial and lateral sides. The cushioning setup is unknown but expect Zoom Air to be used with branding seen on the translucent outsole and if we can go off of the recent past, expect some sort of Zoom Air/Air strobel setup. A TPU shank plate is used on the midfoot to bring some stability to the sneaker with a wavy translucent outsole finishing off the sneaker.

The Nike KD 17 is expected to drop on April 12, 2024, via Nike’s channels and select retailers for $150. Check out the photos above and keep it locked to Sneaker Freaker for any updates.
