Nike Honour Sir Mo Farah With Special Pegasus
Reigning Olympic champion Mo Farah has been honoured with a special sneaker. The Swoosh athlete’s career has been a tour de force, racking up records and titles previously unprecedented. The latest (becoming the first runner to claim three long-distance doubles at successive World Championships and Olympic Games) came after falling in the 10k event, tumbling halfway down the pack and picking up to win gold in a sprint finish.
With the Pegasus Mo's shoe of choice, Nike have blessed the athlete with a special make-up. Rather than something running-themed, the customised colourway shouts out to Farah’s beloved football team, Arsenal. The make-up sees the sneaker painted red, save for branding accented in gold – a colour that is most definitely Mo-themed.
The Nike Air Pegasus 34 ‘Mo Farah’ is available now from select Nike accounts.
