Release Details: Nike GTS 97 ‘Matte Olive’
The team over at are poised to thrash the skate competition again this year, but it’s not the only throwback model the are throwing down in 2022. A member of the ‘big pants, tiny wheels’ era, the Nike 97 is a low-key late 90s killer, the latest model paying homage to the clean characteristics of the OG.
Manufactured with pristine canvas uppers, heritage herringbone traction pattern and tough rubber outsoles, there's some slight modern updates that give the model a 2022 facelift, including upgraded comfort insoles, embroidered logos and metal eyelets. In addition there's also classic traditional lacing and vulcanised construction.
In addition to its counterpart which was recently announced, the Nike GTS 97 ‘Matte Olive’ will arrive on January 26. The retail price is $80.
