Nike Go Back to School with this ‘University Red’ Air Max 90

Nike seem to have returned to locker-lined hallways for their latest rendition of the legendary Air Max 90, dressing it in brown tones reminiscent of a teacher’s sports jacket, before also adding ‘University Red’ highlights for a little extra pop. The colourway features two different shades of brown – ‘Velvet Brown’ and ‘Yukon Brown’ – while black provides a solid background, and a creamy white splices the midsole. 

The Air Max 90 is entering the closing stages of its 30th anniversary year, and it sure has enjoyed a busy 2020. Alongside some recent themed iterations – notably a festive Christmas colourway and a vibrant Día de Muertos celebration – things are about to hit a crescendo with a retro of the famous ‘Infrared’ dropping on November 9.
