Nike Enlist Three Military-Inspired Colourways for Air Max 90 ‘Surplus’ Pack

Nike have enlisted three military-inspired colourways for their upcoming Air Max 90 ‘Surplus’ pack. With colour options of either ‘Desert Camo’, black, or ‘Cargo Khaki’, the special collection has also been bolstered by slapping CORDURA fabric across the uppers, which means each pair possesses a level of durability that matches the tough aesthetic.

As we explored in our Material Matters feature article on CORDURA, the rugged textile’s high abrasion resistance and low weight makes it an excellent fabric to apply to footwear. And its addition to this pack will mean these AM90s can become a long-term addition to your Air Max rotation.

Each pair in the collection opts for one dominant hue, before adding minor contrasting details for maximum impact. While additional features include confirmation of pack’s credentials – most notably the ‘Surplus’ logos on the tongues, and a CORDURA tag on the lateral side of the right shoe.
