On Snap! The Nike Dunk Low ‘Ultraman’ Is Back

If you can remember as far back as October, you would recall this article, where we shared some of the confirmed releases Nike had coming for 2024. One of the standouts was that Team Swoosh was still riding the Dunk Wave and looking to their extensive back catalogue of colourways for newer drops. The highlight, that we’re sure many older heads are keen for, is the ‘Ultraman’, which has just been locked in to land in May.

For those that weren’t around in 1999, the Nike Dunk Low ‘Ultraman’ was a CO.JP aka Concept Japan release, meaning that they were exclusive to Japan. Recently, Team Swoosh have been relying on their CO.JP catalogue of Dunks to help generate hype and allow sneakerheads to re-up on relics from the late 90s and early 00s.

For the ‘Ultraman’, Nike have constructed it as all Dunks should be, with a full leather upper, signature rubber outsole and nylon tongue. A crisp ‘Varsity Red’ adorns the underlays, with complementary silver overlays and outsole along with a tried-and-true white midsole.

The Nike Dunk Low ‘Ultraman’ has been slated to land on May 3 through SNKRS and select retailers around the globe.
