If 2020 didn't key you in, 2021 has really hammered the message home: Nike is gonna keep the train rolling. The Swoosh's high (and low)-top basketball sneaker has once again become a monthly staple, recently appearing in colourways like and Now, it's set to release in a 'University Red' that serves shades of the St. John's Dunk High from 1985's seminal 'Be True To Your School' pack.
Though official images of a surfaced last week, we've now been given a look at the full-size iteration. When it comes to Dunks, especially of the two-tone variety, sneakerheads know the formula by now: plain toeboxes, quarters, collars and tongues combined with bold mudguards, eyestays, Swooshes, heels and collar flaps. Keen-eyed Dunk fans may also realise that a released in May 2020 and an inverted hit shelves in September of this year.
Expect the Nike Dunk High 'University Red' to release via Nike SNKRS and select retailers in the coming weeks. Its MSRP will be set at $110 USD.
