2016 has been a godsend for fans of vintage Air Zoom runners. Both the and made an expected return to store shelves to much rejoice from Swoosh devotees. With the OG eye-bleeding '' make-up of the Talaria out of the way, Nike have elected to keep the long-neglected late-90s runner in production and bless it with a fresh 'Olympic' colourway. Like other vintage Nike models receiving the on-trend treatment – this release embraces the red, white and blue of Team USA and has a gold Swoosh at the heel serving as a little bit of wishful thinking for Rio 2016.
The Nike Air Zoom Talaria 'Olympic' will be release through the NYC Nike x Kith Shop at 644 Broadway on August 5. A wider release is expected August 8 through select Nike Sportswear retailers.
