The Nike Air Trainer 1 ‘Midnight Navy’ Is Returning
After influential made its return to the market in its OG colourway, it's now set to release in another classic style: the 'Midnight Navy.' A patriotic makeup with all the classic style – if not all the prestige – of the 'Chlorophyll,' the 'Midnight Navy' is poised to play a large role in the Air Trainer 1's revival.
An eponymous 'Midnight Navy' shade is present on the forefoot, signature strap, Swoosh and midsole, adding rich contrast to the Air Trainer 1's technical build. There are also scant hits of red seen on the forefoot and tongue branding as well as the top eyestay. The rest of the look is supplied by a no-frills mixture of white leather and grey nubuck.
The Nike Air Trainer 1 'Midnight Navy' is set to release at European retailers on April 2, and will be priced at $125. A North America release is likely to follow in the coming weeks.
