Nike Air Trainer 1 Mid Premium (Jerry Rice)
UPDATE: Still arriving at retailers, Overkill now have them in stock if you want to rep the Bay.
Goddaym, the gold medal for swaggiest Air Trainer 1 in recent memory has gotta go to this San Francisco 49ers-inspired rendition. You've been told it all your life, 'Rice is nice', and this Trainer proves the old adage true; it's inspired by the legendary wide receiver Jerry Rice. Here's how: written into the annals of football folklore is the tale that Sir Rice improved his catching skills by asking his brothers to toss him bricks while they worked with their brick laying big daddy. Or maybe they just threw bricks at him to make him be quiet. We hope it's the former though, and we're happy they did, because that helped inspire this new sneak, with its red brick panels and print of a paving trowel on the heel. Cop these now from Nike QuickStrike retailers, if you be digging.
