Following a low-key collaboration with Comme des Garçons that touched down last year, Nike resurrected their Air Pegasus 2K5 for a wider audience to enjoy. The most recent GR release came in a two-tone pink and black colourway, and there's now another iteration on the way – a classic white and black variant that exudes mid-2000s runner vibes.

There’s lots of love about Nike’s Air Pegasus franchise, and it's Nike’s best-selling running shoe of all time. It's even been used as a lifestyle shoe by Swoosh founder, Phil Knight, who’s said to don an all-black pair for formal events. Nowadays, the Air Pegasus boasts all the latest running tech, and while the 2K5 variation is a relic from the Swoosh’s 2000s catalogue, it has been crafted as a lifestyle-leaning model.

Similarly to the CDG variation, this Air Pegasus 2K5 opts for a monochromatic finish, hosting a classic mesh and leather build with added silver detailing that adds a distinctive early-2000s vibe. Down below, the midsole boasts the Air Pegasus 2K5’s signature ‘Full Length Nike Air’ scripted on the forefoot.

The Nike Air Pegasus 2K5 in simplistic ‘White/Black’ will be landing on February 9 via SNKRS and select retailers.
