The New Nike Air Max Sunder Gives Aquatic Energy With Water-Rippled Shroud

The women's has seen its share of striking iterations, including , some and – in this year's iteration – multi-coloured, aerosol spatters. But the upcoming 'Court Blue/Aluminum/Blue Tint' showcases a rippling water-shadow graphic befitting the model's zippered, scuba-esque shroud.
Originally released in 1999, the Air Sunder Max offers a specialist cross-training design whose standout feature is a neoprene upper which zips closed with a rubber pull-ring, hiding the lace bed. The Phylon midsole includes visible Air units in the heel and forefoot, and pull tabs sit at the heel and tongue.
This latest edition sees the shroud's graphic sporting a base 'Court Blue' hue, with waves of 'Blue Tint' and 'Aluminum' creating dappled movement across the upper. The silhouette's TPU panels sit atop a black mudguard, and a black outsole and white midsole round things out.
There's an expected Fall 2025 drop for the Nike Air Max Sunder 'Court Blue/Aluminum/Blue Tint', in women's sizing and with a likely price tag of $180. Keep your peepers on Sneaker Freaker to get all the release details as they arrive.
