A Nike Air Max Plus Fit for a Tiger King
Tiger King may have come and gone, but the staying power of the is truly impressive. Adopted by style enclaves in France and in the 2000s, the Air Max Plus (also known as ‘la requin’ and the ‘TN’) evolved to become one of Foot Locker’s most popular models.
Now, it looks like Joe Exotic’s big cats have invaded the Air Max , with the Tiger King-esque colourway covered in exotic animal print. Forming part of the ‘Animal Instinct’ collection, the AM Plus is dressed in ‘Medium Soft Pink’, ‘University Red’, ‘Black’, and ‘Summit White’.
Featuring a mesh base emblazoned with various exotic animal prints, the colourway is also slashed with marks on the tongues and insoles.
Look for the Nike Air Max Plus ‘Animal Instinct’ to release on November 24.
