Hail to the Victors! The Nike Air Max 97 Gets a ‘Michigan’ Colourway
Colours of colleges and universities greatly impact the respective school’s identity and the Maize and Blue for the are no different. When the two hues are seen together, it’s synonymous with the school and it’s fitting that this upcoming gets dubbed the ‘Michigan’ colourway.
Using a white mesh base with the signature wavy overlays seen in a reflective white, maize yellow, and navy blue respectively, the Air Max 97 should be a hit in Ann Arbor. Swoosh branding on the tongue and lateral side are seen in maize yellow with the Michigan hues seen on the pulltabs alongside Air Max branding.
A full-length Air Max unit is encapsulated in a white Phylon midsole with a white and navy outsole finishing off the sneaker.
