Nike Air Max 95 Ultra Jacquard
Since making its debut in 2015, Nike's Air Max 95 Ultra Jacquard has quietly sunk into the depths of the Air Max pool. The shoe was largely forgotten as arguably cooler bubble-soled creations such as the Air VaporMax rose to the surface. However, the Swoosh has plans to resuscitate the Air Max 95 Ultra Jacquard with the release of this ocean-inspired colourway.
The AM95 Ultra Jacquard boasts a lighter construction in comparison to the OG 95: it has a cutout-injected Phylon Air sole which, according to Nike, makes the shoe 1.5 ounces lighter than the Air Max 95. The shoe features a Magwire wiring system – an updated take on Nike's Flywire – which wraps around your entire foot. The result is a lightweight and more comfortable alternative to the Air Max 95.
