Retro-futuristic vibes abound on latest release, which reimagines the cushy silhouette and its namesake unit with a wavy new update.

Dubbed the Air Max 720 Waves, the silhouette is the latest addition to the Swoosh's experimental D/MS/X lineup. It combines tumbled leather with synthetic textiles, and is highlighted by an embroidered circular motif along with a warped grid pattern across the quarter panels. Speed lacing and nylon pull tabs are also in the mix, along with moulded medial overlays for stability, padded leather applications to the collar, and a rippled outsole for traction.

Look for the wavy 720s to debut Saturday, October 26 in two different colourways for $190 per pair.
