Stash Your Valuables in the Air Max 1 'King's Day'

The Nike Air Max 1 is one of the most ubiquitous models in the world, with endless colourways hitting the shelves every year. However, the new ‘King’s Day’ does have one thing that makes it stand out from the crowd: a secret stash pocket.

Layered in browns and oranges, the palette gives off strong Fall vibes and probably smells like Pumpkin Spiced lattes. It starts off with a light orange mesh base, with smooth leather overlays coming in both light and dark browns. The orange takes over again on the top layers, striking the Swoosh, laces, and top of the outsole. The heel of the design sees a ripple pattern debossed into the brown leather, accented by orange branding. Unlike most stash pockets, this one sits on the outside of the tongue and is made up of mesh, so while we all know what’s going in there, you best take care if you’re not in the land of the blessed (aka where it’s legal).
