The Nike Air Huarache 'Michigan' is Returning

Update June 8, 2022: After first surfacing earlier this year, the Nike Air Huarache in a familiar yellow and blue makeup is now officially confirmed to be making a return! Later this month, you'll have a chance to make a pair of the 'Michigan' Huaraches yours on June 22. Scroll down for more details below, as well as to check out the SNKRS listing. It looks like the heat is continuing to come in hot as we settle into 2022! Over the past couple years we've seen the Swoosh bring back a huge dose of nostalgia, by tapping into OG colourways like the and the .
Recently Nike have also tapped into a few new combinations, like the , which you can essentially think of as a freshened up lifestyle take, as it swaps out its usual leather overlays for something a bit more luxurious in the form of patent leather. And while the Huarache options on the market right now are rather broad, you can prepare for a grand return coming soon! Cue this 'Michigan' colourway, which hasn't been seen on the sneaker circuit since the 2000s. Paying love to the iconic University of Michigan colours, its makeup is constructed of the classic leather, neoprene material mix.
There's currently no word of a release date locked in for the Nike Air Huarache 'Michigan', but you can expect them to land this year.
