Black History Month is Celebrated on This Pack of Air Force 1s

Nike Air Force 1 Low FM Collection

Nike have just unveiled this year's offering for their Black History Month campaign. Not just limited to including a selection of sneakers, it also extends to the company's philanthropic endeavours, seeing financial investments directed to a number of organisations in the US which are dedicated to fighting for social and economic opportunities for the Black community.

On these Air Force 1s, which have each been curated by a Black designer, the colour palette is predominantly made up of black and green, while featuring different varying details such as leafy print in different places (one pair's upper is totally covered by this and it can be seen just on the Swoosh on another). Each AF-1 also has different types of laces, while they all share 'FM' (Future Movement) branding on the tongue logos. This year's range also includes an assortment of matching apparel including t-shirts and hoodies.

In addition to the above-mentioned philanthropy, Nike have also announced the 2022 grantees for its Black Community Commitment fund including Son of A Saint, All Star Code and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and more.

When looking to cop your pair online, you also have the option to personalise them with a special message on the lace dubraes, as they're actually also a By You sneaker. These AF-1s are currently available to buy now on the Nike web store for $140, alongside the apparel.
