Nike Air Flight Squad (University Red)

Nike please, we appreciate you trying to make the 'Red October' colourway more accessible, but it's time to update your calendar. Deny the Kanye connection all you like, but when the only monotone make-up you are putting out is bright red, the dick-riding is pretty obvious. At least push it out with all-blue and all-white renditions, and label it a USA pack full of patriotic pride. The Air Flight Squad is a particularly guilty style-jocking culprit thanks to that small heel Swoosh. A modernised rendition of the Air Flight 89, the Air Flight Squad isn't a bad silhouette per se, it's just starting to feel a whole lot like Groundhog Day with all these red mid-tops continually popping into our newsfeeds. There's no firm release date on these, but expect them to be hitting Nike accounts soon.
