Jerry Lorenzo’s meteoric Fear of God label turned plenty of heads with the debut of their first basketball sneaker: the Nike Air Fear of God 1. The colourways continue to roll-out for the idiosyncratic silhouette, the so-called ‘sneakerboot’ now revealed in a luxe ‘Triple Black’ rendition for Valentine’s Day. Composed with breathable mesh uppers, TPU heel, and a cage reminiscent of the Air Huarache Light, the Air Fear of God was first debuted by NBA fit God PJ Tucker back in 2018.

“I strongly believe there’s a gap between what’s happening culturally in streetwear and tailoring,” said Lorenzo. “It’s a bit extreme to go from a hoodie and sweats to a perfectly tailored suit tomorrow.
