New Balance's Tokyo Design Studio Introduces the RC-1
New Balance's Tokyo Design Studio has created some of the sportswear brand's most unique contemporary silhouettes, including 2016's sleek and aptly named ML2016. This month brings something even better in the form of the studio's RC-1.
True to its commitment to quality craftsmanship, the Tokyo Design Studio's new creation is the perfect blend of modern construction and the classic New Balance aesthetic. The design couples a slip-on engineered mesh bootie with an overlaying suede cage and matching panels at the collar and heel. The iconic New Balance logo is incorporated into the cage, while comfy ABZORB cushioning is showcased in blue. A grooved heel clip even recalls some of the most iconic NBs.
Clean black and grey colourways will be available from the likes of Bodega beginning October 6.
