New Balance Elite 1600 (Sonic)

New Balance looks outside the normal realms of inspiration for this Elite 1600 release, utilising references from space travel and super speed. Have they achieved the goal? We can't see these things clocking light speed, but tuned up in grey suede and black microfiber, they damn well looks fast! Additional blue and orange highlights hit all the usual spots, with the addition of a lightly speckled midsole creating the finishing touches. Need to add some speed to you set?
