The 860v2 is back, and it’s been revived in two muted colourways reminiscent of the bygone 2010’s running shoe era. Originally released circa 2011, the 860v2 has remained collecting dust in the closet of runners and in the NB archive, only to be revived in 2020 alongside the , another running shoe from that period. Interestingly, the revamped 2002 and new pull their midsoles from the 860v2.
Two new colourways of the 860v2 have arrived, with the highlight being the White/Team Royal that boasts a build reminiscent of signature 2010 colour-blocking. The supporting combo is the simplistic Black/Silver Metallic that exudes a similar vibe. The teched-out model has been draped in the signature mesh and synthetic leather uppers, with added ACTEVA LITE foam midsoles, ABZORB and N-Ergy tech.
The New Balance 860v2 is out now in select regions, such as Australia, but will release via the US NB site on May 9.
