Are You Ready for the New Balance 650?
The sterling success of the surprised everyone in the industry back in 2020. Now, the Boston brand are now hoping to pass the torch to the following the high-top iteration that was re-launched again with the help of earlier this year.
The duo of debut in-line colourways are composed in a classic palette of red and blue, the stripped-back colourways resembling the central modus operandi of ALD and their vintage aesthetics. Built with classic leather uppers with puff and stitch collars and raw-edged leather eyerows, the NB650 is complete with perforated leather overlays and rubber outsoles. New Balance have replaced ALD’s cracked leather ‘N’ logo with a smoother iteration, while down below, lightweight cushioning is provided by an EVA wedge.
