More Jordan Centre Court Colourways Incoming
The is slowly creeping into the public consciousness, following its exclusive debut off the back of 2020’s watercooler doco, . The simple and clean court-inspired sneakers were initially seeded to the upper echelons of /Jordan Brand’s influencer list, before the rest of us were thrown a bone with a wider drop. And now, mortal sneakerheads will be able to have their Centre Court cake – and eat it too – as more colourways are landing very soon.
The Centre Court is a pared back casual sneaker that borrows some DNA from heritage Jumpman design. Its most obvious cue is the oversized Wings motif that has been translated here by enveloping the heel counter. Of course, the normal-sized version appears on the heel tab for reference. Some crinkly leather implies the uppers will be plenty soft too. And it turns out the Centre Court also has Zoom Air hiding in its soles – which are arguably more comfortable and responsive than the original spec. These new colourways make themselves be known with a bold strip through the rear: ‘Military Blue’ and ‘University Gold’ are the next drops.
The new colourways of the Jordan Centre Court will release on April 15.
