The Third Instalment of Moncler’s Studio Ascenti Was Held Atop a New York City Skyscraper

Debuting their latest advancements at their Studio Ascenti series, the luxury brand have so far taken over in Paris and Milan. For their latest, Moncler hit a New York City skyscraper to debut the Altive boot, Trailgrip LP and Trailgrip Apex2.
Maurice Kamara, founder of , was invited to host attendees earlier in June around the multi-sensory space. Artist held a workshop for attendees alongside an intimate performance by musician-actor .
The highlight of the activation was the new Altive silhouette, designed to be the cushiest boot option for winterly urban-jungle expeditions. Kitted with a mid-calf build and Vibram outsole, the upper is dressed in an insulated nylon.
Moncler also focused on their Trailgrip family, which currently holds 12 models thanks to three new additions. The first is the low profile Trailgrip LP, which hosts a technical unbuckle and mesh build and is slated for a 2026 release. The second new addition is the slide-like Trailgrip SD, boasting a durable Cordura mesh upper and comfy EVA midsoles. Finally, the Trailgrip Lite3 – arriving this year – dons a super comfy build in engineered knit and is bolstered by OrthoLite insoles.
Alongside the in-house models, Moncler also debuted five collaborations: the Trailgrip Urban Storm by , the Trailgrip Vela Gilga by , the Trailgrip MoMint by Tobe Nwigwe, the Trailgrip Megalace by , and the Trailgrip Zenith by .
Expect all the new and reinterpreted models from Moncler to launch throughout the rest of 2025 and 2026.
