Mizuno Set to Drop a New ENERZY Silhouette

Mizuno ENERZY High Left
Mizuno ENERZY High Sole

Mizuno has entered the race to create the comfiest sole unit in the sneakersphere with their balls-to-the-wall ENERZY line. A short while back, they unexpectedly debuted the first crep to feature the hefty foam sole, and now we’ve received word that Mizuno have created a sock-like high-top version!

As a part of their ‘rhrn’ Chapter 2 collection, the Japanese sneaker brand created this new ENERZY silhouette using a woven upper that was actually produced using the same machines as their socks! The eye-catching sole unit has been moulded using two different types of foam, with a softer inside and a harder outside, allowing for maximum comfort. Unlike the recent low-top iteration, this sock-like model will most likely cater to the lifestyle market.

Alongside matching apparel, the Mizuno ENERZY will drop at Dover Street Market Ginza on August 7.
