Medicom’s Massive Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Bearbrick’ Colab is Almost Here!
Straight from the Bearbrick’s mouth, have officially confirmed the imminent arrival of their latest collaboration. These fuzzy foot coverings add to the lengthy list of cooperative efforts, and there’s also going to be some matching toys!
Like the early leaks, the uppers are completely covered in black ‘pony hair’, and are contrasted by white lining and midsoles. Unlike the unofficial images that originally featured an ice sole, the release will have solid grey bottoms. Better yet, this drop will be available in cute childrens’ sizing too.
Like some previous Medicom x Nike colabs, there will be matching Bearbrick figures that are often rarer than their complementary sneakers. This time, there is a full size run of blacked-out Bearbricks, featuring a pair in 100 per cent and 400 per cent scale, and the gargantuan 1000 per cent edition!
Japanese sneakerheads will have slightly better odds at getting the W on this release. Raffles are currently open for in-store purchases at their Medicom Toy Plus location in Omotesando on August 22. Stay tuned for any news of a wider release.
