Now the brand are stepping into motorsport territory with a new colab – marking the first time the -based label has worked on the . The silhouette, originally built for F1 drivers in the late 90s, is getting a clean, stripped-back update based on a teaser shared this week.
The pair features a tonal mix of dark brown suede and matte leather, stitched into PUMA’s signature Formstrip. A small woven Madhappy tab subtly interrupts the sidewall, while a gum sole wraps up the base in classic motorsport fashion.
Naturally enough, with the and already back on course, Madhappy’s link with PUMA keeps the retro fire burning. It’s a move that follows the Big Cat's recent colab with , confirming the brand's taste for understated reinventions.
