Leaked! The Travis Scott x Nike Air Trainer 1

Rage on, sneakerheads! Travis Scott continues to burn through the Nike and Jordan Brand catalogue in 2021, La Flame recently linking up with Fragment for the market-busting Air Jordan 1, and the Swoosh for the upcoming Air Max 1.

There’s no slowing down Cactus Jack and his freewheeling JACKBOYS either, with three renditions of the Nike Air Trainer 1 reportedly landing later this year.

Leaked by Instagram/Twitter user py_rates, the trio of Air Trainer 1s again looks to take aesthetic cues from Nike’s ACG line, the ‘All Conditions Gear’ of course inspired by the great outdoors. And it makes sense for Scott to continue emblazoning a path through the natural world, his Air Max 270 ‘Cactus Trails’ and militant Air Jordan 6 ‘British Khaki’ sparking hype last year.

For its part, the Air Trainer 1 debuted in 1987, and was the first cross-trainer sneaker under the Swoosh banner. Designed by sneaker savant Tinker Hatfield, the Air Trainer was adopted by numerous athletes in that era, including the great Bo Jackson and John McEnroe.

Look for Travis Scott’s Air Trainer 1 to release later this year.
