Rooted in both Dutch and Indonesian heritage, Amsterdam-born Lack of Guidance are entering the footwear game with their debut colab: a refined take on the . Staying close to the silhouette’s roots, the model's all-black update channels football heritage through a reimagined, clean, modern form.

Founded by Akaar Amin and Rens van Strien in 2016, LoG filters nostalgic kits, obscure clubs and youth academy dreams into clean-cut pieces with a cult following. Before teaming up with the Big Cat, the imprint had already carved out a strong lineup of partnerships – from smart-knit numbers with TNO, to capsule drops with Sealand and obscure clubs like Telstar.

First introduced over 50 years ago, the PUMA King helped shape football history, later evolving into the King Indoor by 1999. Now reworked by Lack of Guidance, the silhouette returns again – from laces to outsole. Smooth leather, stitched detailing and a signature lace cover all stay true to form, while the monochrome finish keeps things understated.
