Kid Cudi Reveals His adidas Vadawam 326
Rap’s original Man on the Moon is continuing his partnership with adidas, having recently revealed the intergalactic Vadawam 326, a tribute to his daughter Vada.
Following on from his recent Torsion Artillery High double-drop, the rapper keeps the old school vibes, but sends his design to the stratosphere with a science fiction aesthetic. The multi-layer upper sees leather and suede play against TPU for textural variation, adding a premo touch to the basketball-inspired silhouette. The lacing system has also been thoughtfully designed, with laces and straps adding an architectural element to the mid-top. Finally, ‘326’ on the ankle nods to his daughter’s birthday.
Scott Mescudi’s upcoming Three Stripes link-up will launch in two colourways. The first combines white, ‘Ecru’, and ‘Easy Yellow’ with brown suede, while the second sets black and grey off with a touch of pink.
