The Jimmy Sweatpants x DC Shoes Kalis 1 is Packed with OG DNA
Former skateboarding pro, sneaker lover, and sweatpant savant Jimmy Gorecki is linking up with for a special collection.
Blessed with a searing white, blue and orange scheme, the Jimmy Sweatpant (JSP) x DC Shoes Kalis is inspired by the OG graphics from DC and Droors’ formative years. A silhouette close to Jimmy’s heart, the Kalis 1 represents the Philadelphia skateboarding community ‘past, present and future’.
The OG styling is all there: leather and suede upper, high-abrasion toe cap, the throwback mesh panels and, of course, the hefty padded collar and tongue. Meanwhile, a heel airbag comes infused into the lightweight sole unit for extra shock absorption.
‘Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone that contributed toward this project in any way, shape or form, as well all the positivity in response to every aspect of it. It all comes from heart,’ said Jimmy .
Dropping alongside a matching long-sleeve tee and heather grey fleece sweatpants, the JSP x DC Shoes Kalis 1 releases at select JSP and DC Shoes stockists on October 26.
