If you're a fan of Kanye West and adidas, it's always Yeezy season. The line drops – and teases – several new styles each and every month, and one soon-to-arrive silhouette is the Yeezy BOOST 380 'Stone Slate.'

First revealed (sans nickname) earlier in 2021, the 'Stone Slate' is more on the muted end of the spectrum than its Yeezy Boost 380 'Stone Salt' compatriot. It features a 5/8 cut Primeknit upper that blends black with two dark shades of grey, providing the abstract, earthy patterns that the 380 has become known for, and splits this assemblage with a large midfoot slash.

The midsoles boast a sharply-shaped edge that rises towards the heel, a feature that in years past would have been totally alien to a Yeezy silhouette, most of which use softer design lines and chunkier shapes. However, styles like the 380, Yeezy 700 V3 and Yeezy 450 bring a different type of flair into the offerings – might we see more sharply shaped silhouettes from 'Ye and adidas in 2022?

Currently, the adidas Yeezy BOOST 380 'Stone Slate' is scheduled for an October 18 release via adidas and Yeezy Supply. It'll be priced at $230.
