How to Buy the Frame Skate x Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Habibi’
Release: 5 December 2020

After weeks of leaks and teasers, it looks like the intriguing Nike SB Dunk Low colourway created by Dubai skate shop Frame Skate is prepped and ready for release.

The eye-catching rendition features ‘Chile Red’, white, ‘Lucky Green’, and black – inspired by the colours of the United Arab Emirates flag. The upper features white tumbled leather on the toe and collar, with the side panels done up in a contrasting netted mesh material. There’s bright red leather overlays, as well as red/white fat laces, while an aged midsole and gum outsole hit the bottom. Finally, the side Swoosh comes through as the wildest feature, double stacked in green and black, reminding us of the popular sacai x Nike collaborative canon.

After some speculation, it is confirmed that the Frame Skate x Nike SB Dunk Low will be nicknamed the ‘Habibi’, which roughly translates to ‘my love’ in Arabic. We’re sure plenty of Dunkheads are looking at these with love-heart eyes...

In one of more memorable Nike SB drops in recent memory, Frame Skate will drop their Dunk Lows via ‘The Heart of the City’ online game, which fans must complete in order to enter the drawing for a chance to buy the shoes. Winners in UAE and other GCC countries will be notified on November 30 and December 4, respectively. Meanwhile, a Frame Skate webstore launch will take place on December 2, followed by a wider global release on December 5 via SNKRS.
