adidas and Hibbett Saddle Up the Superstar ‘State Fair’

and Hibbett are celebrating Dallas in style with the ‘State Fair,’ a limited edition built with local flavour from top to sole.

The classic shelltoe is dressed in embossed royal-blue leather, stitched with a quilted finish that gives the upper some luxe depth. The tongue tags hide playful graphics – a corndog on one side, a Ferris wheel on the other – while a Texas silhouette is stamped into the outsole. Even the lace dubrae nods to the Lone Star State, shaped like a belt buckle.

It’s a Superstar that wears its references proudly, but the drop goes even bigger than the design. On September 20, Hibbett are throwing a launch party in Dallas on Robert B. Cullum Boulevard. Expect live music, state fair snacks, giveaways, and even mechanical bull rides ‘on Superstars.’ For those who like a personal touch, there’s also a bolo tie-making station.

Part celebration and part collectible, the Superstar ‘State Fair’ blends heritage and state pride into one unmistakably Dallas package. It also adds another chapter to the city’s sneaker story, following legendary collaborations like Jerry Jones’ for the Cowboys.

Production numbers are tight – only 1,320 pairs will be available – with the rollout spread across 34 Hibbett stores in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and online at Hibbett.com. Adult and kids’ sizes will both be in the mix.
