Hender Scheme For Dover Street Market
Hender Scheme are generally associated with their elegant veg tan versions of well-known sneaker silhouettes. To help celebrate Dover Street Market Ginza’s fifth anniversary they’ve taken their greatest hits reel and dunked the shoes in some buckets of dye. Each of the five silhouettes has been completely immersed in either red or black dye. The process creates a tonal look, as the leather is deeply coloured while the pigment doesn’t take so readily to other elements – such as the stitching and midsole foam.
