First Look at Hayley Wilson's Upcoming Nike SB Dunk Low
Australian skateboarder Hayley Wilson made history when she qualified for the X-Games at just 15 years old, becoming the youngest Women’s Street Division competitor ever. She then made her Olympic debut at the 2020 Tokyo Games four years later, and while she didn't compete this summer in Paris, she has still been busy as a Team Nike SB skater, with a collaborative Dunk Low reportedly on the way.
With this project, Wilson joins an illustrious group of riders with their own , including , , and . Currently slated for mid-2025, the sneakers draw from her signature style, showcasing a unique ‘Court Purple,’ Black,’ ‘White,’ and ‘Dusty Cactus’ colourway. The upper is a mix of suede and leather and is highlighted by the subdued yet boldly outlined swoosh, giving it an almost three-dimensional look. The multicoloured midsole is capped off by a translucent outsole that features special imagery. A subtle yet important detail completes the sneaker, as the standard Nike SB tongue tag bears her name leaving no doubt whose sneakers these are.
With the news of this project, Hayley Wilson ascends the sneaker podium and adds another trophy to her case. While fans will have to wait until next year to get their hands on this special pair, Wilson shows no signs of slowing down.
