Hanon's Latest Colab Channels XXX Inspiration
are known for premium collaborations and their latest is no exception. Teaming up with , the Scottish retailers have distilled an exquisite , inspired by America's Prohibition era.
This 'Moonshine' runner features a plush suede upper that draws from the colours typically found when bootlegging the alcoholic beverage. There's tan for the corn-mash base, teal for the oxidised copper on the stills and crackled white leather overlays to represent the liquid's characteristic bubbles.
Just 408 pairs have been handmade in KangaROOS's German factory, with each pair individually numbered on the heel. The design is finished off with dual-branding and moonshine's signature 'XXX' designation on the insoles.
The Hanon x KangaROOS Coil R-1 'Moonshine' releases on October 13 through , packaged inside a special 'barrel box' that includes four sets of laces — only slightly less fancy than the wooden box prop used in the press shots above!
