Worlds Colliding: G-SHOCK and Crocs Disrupt Time and Space With the 'Echo Wave'

and have sent serious ripples through the worlds of watches and footwear with the announcement of the Echo Wave. The brand-new collaboration between these two titans of industry is truly unique, resulting in a limited-edition project which will undoubtedly send horologist and sneakerhead jaws to the floor with equal enthusiasm.
Starting our inspection of the Echo Wave in the Clog corner, the shoes feature a custom marbled ankle strap, the design of which was influenced by G-SHOCK's legendary toughness. Hit the lights, and – boom – your Echo Waves are illuminating the way to glory with their glow-in-the-dark powers. The shoes also include a modular watch case which can be worn with the watch itself on your wrist, or snapped straight onto the lateral side of the clog – or, remove from it strap and transition it into the clog's rivet system.
Onto the watch. Typical of G-SHOCK's top-shelf quality, the timepiece brags a robust, shock-resistant construction. Its removable straps are splashed with the same cosmically marbled pattern from the clogs' ankle straps, and possesses water resistance to a depth of 200 metres, along with the functionality to tap into 31 different time zones across 48 cities. The watch also has a countdown timer, a 1/100-second stopwatch, double LED light, and five daily alarms.
The G-SHOCK x Crocs Echo Wave in 'Beige/Green/Pink' comes in at $200, and is not for the wallflowers. If you're the kind of person who doesn't like to be told that a watch belongs on a wrist, your footwear-timewear dreams are due to come true on May 27, 2025.
