First Look: FORTY PERCENT AGAINST RIGHTS x Nike SB Dunk
Tetsu Nishiyama may be best known for his utilitarian work at WTAPS, but the Japanese streetwear designer skewed decidedly more punk with his original venture, FORTY PERCENT AGAINST RIGHTS. Founded way back in 1993, the cult favourite has enjoyed a renaissance in recent years and will soon be dropping its most high-profile release to date: a collaborative high-top Dunk with Nike SB.
Highlighted on Instagram by stylist Akio Hasegawa, the badass Dunks not only come blacked-out, but incorporate elements from both the Air Jordan 5 and Air Jordan 6. While the AJ6-style tongue is the most obvious new addition, the Dunks also appear to feature Swooshes done up in the same moulded synthetic that appears on the AJ5's mesh windows.
Take a closer look at the colab below and stay tuned for an official reveal. A release is rumoured to be on tap for October 25, 2019.
