First Look: The adidas AlphaBOUNCE Instinct

The Instinct marks a new era for family, building off that introduced updated tech to the OG design.

The all-new runner will drop in ‘Grey’ and ‘Shock Lime’, and retains the signature AlphaBOUNCE ripple aesthetic with a revamped upper and sole unit. The multi-textile panelled upper from the AlphaBOUNCE Beyond is no more, replaced by a tonal ribbed design with an all-over wave pattern and sock-like collar. A sculptural sole unit has the familiar ripple, but the heel has been raised and packed with extra BOUNCE cushioning. The lacing system has also been updated, with an extended mid-foot anchor that clips at the mudguard.

The AlphaBOUNCE Instinct in ‘Grey’ is slated to release on June 1 at select adidas retailers, with the ‘Shock Lime’ to follow on June 9.
