The adidas Yeezy Foam Runner continues to have a huge impact on the sneaker industry, the polarising silhouette recently teased in the ‘Red October’ rendition, as well as officially announced in classic new shades like the ‘Mineral Blue’, ‘Sand’ and ‘MXT Moon Grey’.

One of the more difficult cops in the Yeezy catalogue (reflected in its incredible resale value), the latest ‘MX Cream Clay’ colourway was recently glimpsed on Kim Kardashian’s Instagram Stories. Splattered with grey and brown, the light beige uppers bring a three-tone contrast to the latest design.

An integral part of Yeezy’s eco-conscious catalogue, the Foam Runner is comprised of a single piece of unique Yeezy material that blends harvested algae with adidas EVA materials.

‘We’re going to be farming and going seed-to-sow, and have our own cotton hydroponic farm and our own hemp farm and our own wheat farm so we can see every element and get into how we can have less impact with the dyes,’ West told the crowd at Fast Company’s Innovation Festival. ‘Our colour is a big signature of the brand, but also dying is one of the main things that’s impacting the planet in the fashion industry... so we’re just being responsible from A to Z.’

Look for the adidas Yeezy Foam Runner ‘MX Cream Clay’ to release in July. The price tag is locked at $80.
